Through integrating the Three Esoteric Practices of mantra, mudra and visualization, you will be guided to calm all the muscles and nerves of the body to allow blood and energy to flow efficiently. This practice can quickly relieve many illnesses, including high blood pressure and insomnia. Increased circulation allows better health, esoteric cultivation changes one at a fundamental level. This method aims to eliminate the factor that deters us from “entering into state,” which is the resisting mind, and let the mind go from the ordinary state and enter into the higher and deeper state, the first state of Chan (Zen, or Dhyana) meditation.
