Dhyana Yoga

Dhana (or Chan) is divided into tranquil contemplation and transcendental meditation. Through these two parts, the practitioner’s thinking is purified. Thus, he goes into a state of lasting stillness. To enter the fourth state of Chan meditation and attain direct knowledge and insight into the ineffable using the Eight Word Heart Dharma, the eight parts include Tranquil Contemplation, or Diamond Yoga Method: Calm, Null, Sink, and Fall. Transcendental Meditation, the main content of Dhyana cultivation: Chan, Din, Know, and Wisdom/Insight.
